Telehealth research has found that satisfaction of care that is being received is high among patients who utilize telehealth services. Telehealth in psychiatry has been found to be equivalent to in person care in regards to diagnostic accuracy, treatment effectiveness, quality of care, privacy, and confidentiality.     Prior to your appointment you will receive a link to connect with your provider. No downloading required. When you click the link, you will then type in your name and click ‘knock.’ Then you will be in your provider’s waiting room. It is as simple as that.
