Haley is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. She believes in creating a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where individuals feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their treatment.​

Haley earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frostburg State University with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health nursing. She has been a registered nurse since 2008, bringing over a decade of diverse clinical experience that has shaped her holistic, patient-centered approach to mental health care, including supporting individuals through complex medical illness, high-stress environments, and periods of significant life transition.​

Haley works with individuals across the lifespan who are navigating a variety of mental health concerns. Her approach to care is collaborative and patient-centered, incorporating medication management, mindfulness-based strategies, and psychoeducation to support individualized treatment goals and meaningful, lasting improvement.
